Hi there!
My name is Whitney and I'm a Certified Natural Health Professional, Health Coach, and herbalist. I have a passion for nutrition with an emphasis on digestive health and ancestral diets. I was born and raised in the Coastal Bend and I'm excited to change the health of those in my community who are looking for tools to support their body's healing.
